How to attract money:

· Posses added value.

Whoever you are, whether an employee or a business man, you need an added value in order to be different than any other else. Added value is something that is owned by only a few people. It will even better if only you who posses that added value. Achieving sales target 100% is an added value. But if most of people can also achieve sales target 100%, then achieving sales target is not an added value anymore. The ability to speak in Japanese in English speaking environment is an added value , but if most of people speak Japanese, then that ability is not an added value anymore.

What is your added value? Find at least one added value for yourself and own it. The added value you own will make you different and outstanding. The more outstanding you are, the easier you can attract money. That’s the basic of building wealth.

· Communicate your added value.

I believe that many of us have certainly at least one added value. But if you don’t communicate your added value, how good it is, nobody will know you. Your business will not grow. This art to communicate your added value to other people, is what we call advertising. There are many ways to communicate your added value to others, e.g. through promotion, website, press release, word of mouth etc.

Create a brand of you with your added value that is communicated.

· Communicate your added value to the right person or group of persons.

It won’t work, even if you communicate your added value but to the wrong target. Imagine you promote your best violin to the people who don’t like playing violin. It probably will impress them a bit but at the end you will only waste your time and energy. Find the right person to whom you will communicate your added value.

· Communicate to as many people as possible at the same time.

There will be always cases where you will find people who will reject your offer. Even though you have communicated to the right person. There is no other way unless to tell as many people as possible. But if you tell them one by one, it will take a lot of time and your energy. The best way is to gather people then promote your products or yourself to them.

Use multiplying factor or leverage:

Multiplying factor and leverage will explode your business revenue and profit. Look at the example of Mc Donald and Starbucks. If you can cooperate with Mc Donald or Starbucks to sell your products, then your business will surely explode. In this case Mc Donald or Starbucks is your multiplying factor.. Branches of your shops or franchise are also example of multiplying factors. Find your multiplying factor and earn a massive income

Your massive income from your business will help you to build your wealth.

We need strategy to be rich. There are many reason that make most of people cannot or difficult to be rich. Let’s check out the below list:

· They have no goals.

Naturally, if you don’t know where you want to go, how can you get there? If you don’t have any goals, what will you get? Someone must have  agoal. If he doesn’t have then he will pursue anybody’s goal. How can you be rich if you don’t have goal to be rich. You may dream about to be rich, but you have to transform your dreams in to goals.

· They do have goals but unclear.

Again, if you don’t know where you want to go, where will your taxi driver bring you? If you force the driver to drive you to anywhere, then for sure he will bring you to a place where you won’t be there.

· They always change their goal.

Like chasing two rabbits at the same time, at the end you won’t catch any of them at all. How if you have many goals? Choose five most important goals for your life. And then choose one of those five goals as a number one priority. Stay focus to this number one goal until you achieve this goal. Of course, for variation and for avoiding saturation you can start to plan your next goal. But give only 20% of your time.

· They don’t believe that their goals are achievable.

Whatever your goal is, there will be someone out there, who will thwart your plan in achieving your goal. People out there may not believe in what you are dreaming. But if you believe in yourself, really believe, then what other people believe doesn’t matter anymore. On the other hand, if you are doubtful about your ability and you think, that your dreams are unachievable, then you will be doing nothing. Or, you will treat your goals perfunctorily.

· There is no sense of a must or sense of urgency.

If you must not wake up at five o’clock tomorrow morning, then you will keep on sleeping even though your alarm clock will awake you at five. In the same case if your dream is not a must for you, then you won’t have a sense of urgency to achieve it.

· They don’t have strategy that successfully proven.

In this case, you have to learn from your idol or someone who has already achieved what you are dreaming of.

· They don’t follow the plan.

You have your goals. You have your action plan. But many of us are tempted to do what we like, instead of what we have to. Be careful, you will be trapped by your own action.

· They don’t monitor and adjust the result.

You have done your action plan, but sometime even the best action plan will not bring you to your goals. That’s why we need to monitor our action and result from time to time. Not only once a year, you may need to monitor and adjust your action once a month or even once a week.

· Believe and Mind are not in harmony.

Your mind may think that you must be rich, but if your belief says that rich is the root of evil, then you will never be rich. Because you won’t be an evil.

· Don’t have mentors.

If you will try to achieve your goals with your own ways, it probably can, but you will lose a lot of time and energy much more then if you learn from somebody that has been successful in the field you like. If you cannot learn from them personally, you can learn from their books or seminars.

Check yourself, which of the above reasons are your reasons. If you have found them, then try to change your action and belief. To be rich is a matter of how you transform your dreams in to goals and take action. That’s the answer of how to be rich.
